“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
“Infuse your life with action. Don’t wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honour your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen… yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.”
― Om Narayan Singh (IAS), Chairman and Founder
A new beginning commence with the first initiatives, having served the country as an IAS officer I understood that the change this country must see can only come with the independent thinking, imaginative and sensitive individuals, who will serve as torch bearers to further ignite many more minds and create a world, painted with love, beauty and happiness.
This may have a facade of an educational institution but this is a humble attempt to provide an exceptional platform to the children of the rural background. To provide and guide them with the best education and teaching in compare to the most profound schools in the country, my dream is not to make this school successful, my dream is to make the students an exceptional individuals who have enlightened the world with their knowledge and wisdom.
Our strength lies in the four pillars of our core values on which our school stands and every passing day we resurrect these values into the teaching, learning, heart and mind of every Omniens.
In the coming years, we will continue to be ignited with the value of ‘Pride in one’s heritage’ and nurture our heritage with care, responsibility and a deep sense of dignity. Valuing and displaying ‘Integrity’ in thought, word and action, will impel every individual of the school to be true to oneself. Excellence is an attitude. We place high value on the ‘Pursuit of excellence’ and will continue to inculcate in our children the right outlook to not run after success but to chase excellence, in any and everything that they do.
I foresee a world, through our school and its pupils, which values ‘Sensitivity’. Respecting differences and valuing every individual for what he or she is, is how we will create a community which is free from the shackles of ego and hatred.
